2. Services
omee.dev provides web development, SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of omee.dev and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:
- 50% advance payment to commence work
- Remaining 50% upon project completion and before launch
- Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall omee.dev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
